Commercial Development | Office Building Sites, Renovations

The company developed the 25 acre Northpark Office Center on Falls of Neuse Road, containing five office building sites ranging in size from a one story, ten thousand square foot medical building to the six story, polished granite 4800 building which contains 180,000 square feet. The company also has performed most of the interior finish construction and renovations in these buildings.

A&M also developed the Six Forks Office Center on Six Forks Road, containing approximately ten acres and three office buildings ranging in size from forty thousand square feet to sixty five thousand square feet. Again, A&M performed almost all of the interior finish work as well.

A&M is currently evaluating possible uses for a retail site located at the intersection of Falls of Neuse and Dunn Roads in North Raleigh.
